commercial inspections but we also offer classes for realtors for continuing
education credit hours. Classes are state-approved, two-hour courses that
are used in maintaining licensure for realtors and help keep them abreast of
current real estate topics.

Appraisal Process
This course is designed to explain the definition, objectives,
and contents of an appraisal. Information gathering techniques
taught in this
class will aid realtors in determining pre-listing prices, perform
comparative market analysis for their clients, and a better understanding
the significance that sale concessions play in determining the market value
of a property. This course will also explain the appraiser's objective role
in real estate transactions.
• Home Inspection Analysis for Realtors
In addition to receiving a comprehensive overview of the
home-inspection process, attendees will learn how an inspection
differs from
an appraisal, the most common overlooked defects that affect the sale of a
home, and how to use the results of a home inspection in the negotiating
process. This course will also teach realtors how to prepare their clients
for a home inspection and how to review the report and its findings to
quickly close a sale.
